The Coner MCut is a professional computer-controlled mechanical 3-axis CNC router designed for milling, cutting, engraving, drilling, machining, and mechanical cutting/chipping⁺ of vinyl, PVC sheet, acrylic, Bakelite, wood (plywood, MDF), and soft metals (e.g., aluminum, brass, bronze).

The independent microprocessor-based control unit pre-analyzes the tool path curve, allowing optimal dynamic motion control along all three axes. This method successfully reduces processing time to an absolute minimum.
The Coner CNC Control System — an independent electronic controller equipped with proprietary software — enables toolpath creation and editing. All of our customers receive software updates free of charge. Continuous development of the system and the implementation of the latest CNC solutions ensure continuous, smooth, and efficient operation for our clients throughout the entire lifespan of the router.

Key Features

• CNC. The MCut enables 3D spatial milling from files created in G-code, the standard programming language for CNC machines.
• DXF file format. The drilling and milling machine accepts both HPGL data format and DXF drawings.
• Drive system. The cutting machine is powered by large, high-torque micro-step stepper motors. The Coner MCut CNC router features high repeatability.
• XY guidance. Motion guidance along the X and Y axes is provided by rack and pinion systems and precision rollers.
• Z guidance. For Z-axis guidance, 4 zero-backlash, friction-free bearings are integrated. Each bearing features independent lubrication and a roller wiper.
• Safety. The equipment is fitted with a central emergency stop switch. You can stop the machine at any time with the push of a button.
• Head position. Thanks to the servo-driven positioning, the spindle height can be lowered with high precision, and its exact position can be read during operation.
• Updates. We provide free software updates to our customers to ensure that your MCut machine always meets current requirements.
• Tooling. Depending on the collet, tools with shank diameters from 3 to 8 mm can be used.
• Material clamping. T-nuts can be inserted into the T-slot aluminum table to secure workpiece materials. For acrylic sheets, double-sided adhesive tape is recommended. An optional vacuum table is also available.

+ Other materials recommended and tested for use with the MCut router: Kömatex, Kömacel, Vekaplan, Ongrofoam expanded rigid PVC sheets, Kömadur rigid PVC sheets, polycarbonate, organic glass, acrylate plastic, colored and clear acrylic, Dibond, Alubond, Gutbond aluminum-polyethylene composite panels.
The MCut is not suitable for cutting stone, granite, marble, or steel, as it is not equipped with a water cooling system.
The MCut Standard is an economical 3-axis woodworking CNC machining center.

The MCut series 3-axis CNC routers are manufactured by the Polish company Coner s.c. The spindles are produced by the Italian ELTE S.r.l. Digit Bt. is an official Central and Eastern European reseller and authorized service center.

FrezCUT Software

The MCut series engraving and milling machines come bundled with the English- and Hungarian-language FrezCUT software.

Warranty: 1 year on-site.

Tools (bits) are not included with the MCut machine. Milling, drilling, grinding, and other tools must be purchased separately by the user according to their needs.
Tools suitable for the router are available in two types. HSS denotes high-speed steel, while HM denotes carbide-tipped tools. We recommend the higher-priced HSS material, as its lifespan can be up to ten times longer than that of HM tools.
