Polydecor E is a decorative epoxy resin, characterized by self-leveling and self-rounding of edges. It is suitable as coating for elements created with thermal foam cutters, such as letterings or logos, and can be applied as cast only on the front surface of any decorated element.

Before using, you must blend resin (colour) well with an appropriate primer (#77 hardener) at mass ratio of 100 : 50 and mix for at least 2 minutes. Immediately before applying the coating, make a cast using a disposable plastic cup. Leave the resin to dry for about 24 hours. (Time required for resin to dry may differ with air humidity.) For best results, keep the coating heated to 60-80^oC (140-176 F) for 90 minutes.

Take care the bigger the quantity of mixture, most rapid will be the reaction. For this reason we advise to begin with a mixture of 20 grs resin E and 10 grs catalizzatore 77. This mixture harden in 10 ours at 25 Celsius.

Polydecor E is available in a variety of colors (basic colors, transparent, fluorescent, metallic and neon colors).

Minimális rendelés: 2 kg Polydecor színes műgyanta + 1 kg edző (térhálósító) adalék + színenként 1 db applikátor.
